Linda Gain, the Planning/Engineering Code Enforcement (PECE to those who prefer bureaucrat-speak) Secretary for the City of Westbrook, was named the city's Employee of the Year at Monday night's City Council meeting, per the Press Herald.
Ms. Gain has been awarded a plaque and an extra week of paid vacation for honor. However, despite the fact that I don't know anything about her (besides the whole Employee of the Year thing), I'm confident she's disappointed one of these isn't also included in her loot, especially this one, this one, and this one.
