According to a couple of my sources (be mindful of what you say and do, I've got 'em everywhere), the First Baptist Church in Westbrook is planning to open a soup kitchen.
It opens Saturday, March 15 and will be open the third Saturday of each month. To the best of my knowledge, it'll be the only soup kitchen in Westbrook.
