Did You Know?

Did you know Houlton is the least-traveled part of I-95?

According to 2001 Annual Average Daily Traffic (AADT) numbers, 1,880 cars traveled on the Houlton portion of the interstate highway per day. Kittery drew 45,120 cars per day in 2000, Bangor attracted 45,030 vehicles per day in 2001, and Augusta garnered an average of 29,260 cars per day in 2001.

For context, the George Washington Bridge in New York is the most-traveled portion of I-95, drawing 299,600 vehicles per day in 2002.
