Be Careful What You Doodle

The New Republic magazine has unearthed a page of mundane doodles vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin scratched on the back of a budget worksheet while serving as a city councilor in Wasila, Alaska in 1996. The doodles, which capture Palin's brainstorming for her subsequent campaign for mayor of the town, are proof that the slightest local action today may be mined for national attention tomorrow.

Anyway, a round at Mill Side Tavern for the reader who comes with the best (read: most entertaining) guess about the doodling habits of Westbrook's city councilors.
