Westbrook, meanwhile, held off Cony to claim its first regional title while competing in the Eastern Class A meet for the first time, in its home gym. The Blue Blazes scored 161 points, beating Cony by 11 points. Mt. Blue (115.5), Mt. Ararat (100.5) and Skowhegan (98) rounded out the top five.- John C.L. Morgan
