This undated photograph featuring Tuffy Laffin (L) and Burt Bittner (R) is related to an unspecified beard contest in Westbrook.
In other words, I know very little about the context of this photograph (except that it listed the participants and referred to a beard contest), but figured it's chuckle-able (not even sure if that's even a word, but the gurgling sound it makes when you say it only adds to the, er, chuckle-ability of this post).
Seriously.
