Donnybrook in the 'Brook Takes Show to Council

A long-running zoning battle that has led to court
action and polarized two of the city's largest taxpayers will come to a head
tonight before the Westbrook City Council. On the agenda is a public hearing on
a proposal to rezone the Five Star Industrial Park on Spring Street from heavy
industrial to light manufacturing uses.
