City, Skybox Can't Reach an Agreement

Westbrook officials and the owners of the Skybox Bar and Grill have failed to
resolve their longstanding differences over licensing issues with informal
negotiations. So the lawyer for Allen and Lynn Moore will take a deposition from
City Administrator Jerre Bryant on Feb. 22, as they gather evidence to support
their claim that city officials acted arbitrarily in denying the Skybox food
sales and liquor licenses.
