Art Dyer Inducted into Midcoast Sports Hall of Fame

Following the 1980 season, Dyer took over the
Westbrook High School [boys' basketball] program and, during the next 10 years,
led the Blue Blazes to the tournament nine times, playing in four Western Class
A championship games and winning the state Class A title in 1984. Dyer’s record
at Westbrook was 152-6.
